Katherine Fry moved to Aspen in 1997 and has transitioned from HR executive to an award-winning executive coach, speaker and workshop leader who helps local professionals and organizations move from burnout to breakthrough. As President of Elevate HR and founder of Marble Peak Consulting, she blends nearly 30 years of HR leadership with her proven framework—Thought Intelligence™—to help empowered people empower their people without burning out.

Named the Best Burnout Coach in the U.S. (2024), Katherine delivers transformative keynotes, workshops, and coaching programs that teach people how to reset, rewire, and lead with  Thought Intelligence™ . Based in Aspen serving both local and global audiences, she brings a refreshing, neuroscience-backed approach to HR and leadership that results in less stress and more impact.

Vivi Alves Ribero
Vice President

Viviane Ribeiro is a Financial and Life Coach with strong experience in personal financial planning, employee benefits, and business management. She holds an MBA in Financial Planning and has more than five years of HR benefits experience, supporting employees with retirement plans, financial education, and overall workplace well-being.

With 14 years of experience managing her own businesses, Viviane brings a practical and strategic perspective to financial decision-making, personal organization, and long-term planning. She works effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Her coaching approach integrates financial guidance with life-planning principles, helping individuals reduce financial stress, improve daily organization, and build sustainable long-term strategies. Her areas of support include budgeting, credit and debt management, retirement planning, asset protection, and goal-setting.

Viviane regularly delivers financial wellness workshops for communities and organizations across Colorado, always emphasizing clarity, inclusion, and actionable guidance. Her mission is to empower individuals to make informed decisions, build confidence, and move toward greater financial and personal stability.

Begoña is a bilingual (Spanish–English) SHRM-CP certified HR professional committed to creating workplaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported. Her career spans public and private sectors, including union collaboration—an experience held by fewer than 10% of Colorado HR professionals. She champion inclusive hiring, thoughtful onboarding, and shared leadership.

Begoña is also a Colorado Notary Public and Friend of FAMLI.
